Arthur Klebanoff
Arthur Klebanoff is a literary agent who has advised writers with books that have grossed more than $1 billion in retail sales since forming his own literary agency in 1983. He owns the sixty five-year old Scott Meredith Literary Agency (www.scottmeredith.com), with more than 1,500 active backlist titles. Mr. Klebanoff has headed the successful 3,000-title rights acquisition program of Easton Press, the leading leather-bound publisher. He currently represents such best selling authors as Paul Krugman and Bill Bradley and publishing programs for Mayo Clinic and Roger Tory Peterson. Mr. Klebanoff has extensive experience packaging books for Bloomberg LP, Hertz Corporation, Oshkosh B’Gosh, Teradata and Fetzer. Mr. Klebanoff, together with Marshall Sonenshine and Rafael Pastor, founded RosettaBooks LLC, a leading independent ebook company and acts as its CEO (www.rosettabooks.com).
